Our curriculum educates the student on the basics of Karate, such as: blocking, a good base, and some striking. Throughout this structured curriculum we emphasize Stranger Awareness and Bully Prevention. We teach our students the importance of establishing boundaries, how to listen to their gut instinct, and using their most important weapon--their voice.
