Our A.S.T. (Active Shooter Training) equips you and your office, school, or workplace with the necessary tools for preparedness and survival during critical incidents. 

Although a good portion of this seminar is mental stimulation and education, it is largely a hands on class.  We will be teaching basic techniques for both lethal and non-lethal situations. 

In addition to learning basic striking and defense, this seminar uses Scenario Based Learning (SBL) that will expose you to simulated critical situations in real time. This type of training is proven to better equip trainees for potential real-world situations.
